In addition to her real estate expertise, Mariam brings a wealth of experience in remodeling and renovating homes and high-rise condos. Her 25 years of experience in design, development, and marketing real estate rental investments, coupled with a strong passion for furnishing and decoration, ensure that homes are presented in their best light when brought to market for sale. Mariam's impressive list of accomplishments and accreditations further distinguishes her, providing clients with advanced expertise and a seamless process.

With a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Enterprise Systems Engineering from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign, Mariam leverages her expertise in systems optimization and analytical analysis to great advantage in her real estate practice. Her organizational skills, attention to detail, and results-driven approach, combined with a unique ability in data organization and analysis, empower clients to make informed decisions.

Originally from Iran, Mariam and her husband have deep roots in Illinois, where they have been based in South Loop Chicago for over 30 years. They have three grown sons, two grandchildren, and a beloved grand puppy. Fluent in Farsi, Mariam enjoys Tai Chi and Yoga, and has a passion for contemporary art, interior design, and floorplan design.
